Autumn Equinox Cast Iron Cooking Workshop

Autumn Equinox Cast Iron Cooking Workshop

Our Wood-fired Cast-iron Workshop is on September 29, 2018.

You will learn how to make a warming campfire sip, learn our tips, tricks & art of making and enjoying one of our seasonal-fare boards with components incorporating cast iron techniques and make an Autumn cast iron dessert on the fire.

We’ll also be going over how to restore, re-season, clean and store your cast irons. As well as lessons and techniques on cooking with charcoals, using a charcoal chimney & making a campfire for cooking on.

There will be a station for practicing your Lumber Jack or Jill skills. Learn and/or practice how to chop wood with an axe and split wood with a hatchet to make a fire to cook on.

Where: Big Cottonwood Canyon (More details to come)

Cost: $125 per person
