HIGH STAR RANCH

                           It was a misty October night in the mountains of Kamas, Utah, we laid out a spread of fall harvest for the cocktail hour.                                                                     Pumpkin seeds, local organic breads, green olives, marcona almonds, pistachios, quince paste, figs, plums, pomegranate,                                         a variety of artisan cheeses, dark chocolate, raw local honey and whiskey pecans to name a few.

Artisan Cheeses. French Baguette, Fougasse, Walnut Loaf + Country Sourdough. Olive Oil + Sea Salt Flatbread Crackers. Local Salami + Prosciutto. Extra Virgin Olive oil + Aged Balsamic. Irish Butter + Flakey Sea Salt + Raw Utah Honey. Local Cherries, Strawberries, Blackberries & Raspberries. Olives in Olive Oil + Herbs. Pistachios Dark & Milk Chocolate Bark.

LAST DAY OF SUMMER

we hosted a cook-out in the woods to celebrate the last night of summer/the fall equinox.  it rained all day and then cleared up for a foggy and romantic dinner amoungst the trees and under the stars. rock n' ramble. photos by tessa barton.

toast special

we want to keep things fresh, so we added a toast special. last week we did a lemon poppyseed toast with yogurt. lemon curd. blueberries. raw honey. rose. poppy seeds and mint.

late summer menu

We were looking forward to changing the menu for late summer, so we could highlight utah's finest. First up  amazing local peaches with local raw honey. We gave the people what they wanted with a crowd favorite, avocado toast. A classic combination of summer tomatoes and basil. We added a simple staple with the cinnamon raw honey toast. Don't worry we kept our house favorite, the eggy toast.
