Uinta Campfire Beer 'n Brats
We embraced winter with Unita Yardsale Beer 'n Brats, cooked on a campfire in the Uinta National Forest. Recipes for quick sauerkraut and cholula remoulade can be found here.
We used Uinta Kolsch brats from Whole Foods, seared them in the cast iron on each side, then poured in two cans of Uinta Yardsale winter lager.
We toasted the brioche buns over the fire, spread our cholula remoulade, topped with a quick sauerkraut and spicy brown mustard. It was bomb!
